For those that want a bit more than the stock rack can handle we are offering a cap and bushing to help stabilize the factory housing. This is perfect for those that plan to do light offroading and just want a bit more security. We recommend this setup for stock tires and stock suspension. This helps support the factory rack bar in the factory housing.

*End cap features an oil impregnated bronze bushing for durability and longevity
*Pinion side bushing features a 2-piece design using a medium stiffness, high impact resistant plastic to handle shock load. This is NOT an acetal plastic bushing which has a high tensile and yield strength but is NOT impact resistant. Instead we source a softer, much more impact resistant plastic that is designed to absorb and dampen shock loads. We coupled this ultra impact resistant plastic with an oil impregnated bronze bushing for long life and durability. This combination makes it the best choice for those who aren’t ready to dive into a full billet aluminum rack.

The factory 14mm tie rods are not the best. If you plan to take your vehicle off road these are not the tie rods you want to rely on to get you back home. We recommend Icon tie rods for anything from a 0-2” lift. If you run more than a 2” lift you MUST go with a clevis style heim joint setup. For a clevis and heim joint setup we recommend the RPG Offroad steering links.
